1.2 Each Data Custodian is responsible for the management of the information it supplies to SLIP. Copyright in the information supplied to SLIP is held by the Data Custodian or by a third party (the Copyright Owner).
1.3 Landgate is the operator of SLIP on behalf of the State of Western Australia. Landgate is also a Data Custodian and Copyright Owner.
1.4 The following definitions apply to the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
1.4.1 Content means (i) any information which appears on or is provided by or is incorporated by reference into either this Website or any website which is linked to this Website, and (ii) any web service provided by this Website.
1.4.2 Landgate means the Western Australia Land Information Authority, a statutory authority created by the Land Information Authority Act 2006 (WA).

There may be serious adverse consequences if you use the Data Custodian's information or data and do not comply with the relevant copyright conditions or requirements of the Data Custodian.

8.1 Information collected
