What's New in Version 2.8 of the Data Upload Tool (DUT)

  • [Datum Information] Original datum information of datasets, as uploaded by custodians, included with successful upload details and on the Uploads tab.

Improved

  • [Available License List] Updated License list to match updates to data.wa.gov.au.
  • [Workflow] Go Live date added to the workflow information.
  • [API] Additional info fields added to the SLIP Data Update API, including "Datum" and "Go Live Date/Time.
  • [Transformation] Transformation for all data will be updated to 2D conformal + distortion NTv2 grid file [EPSG: 8447] by default. Data will be stored as WGS84 (for web publishing as WGS84 WM) and GDA2020 data will be transformed to WGS84 via GDA94 to avoid data misalignment
